Defining executive team objectives to drive success

Situation:
A public company with a recent CEO transition needed to realign its executive team into a higher performing team with renewed vision, strategy, and focus to drive growth for the business.

Action:
Executive nSight worked with the executive team by first conducting an assessment to understand the strengths of the group and to identify the performance opportunities. Together the team realigned the corporate vision by defining their WHY. They created their Mission Statement by defining their HOW. Together, with employee input, they created a new set of Core Values to guide the firm’s actions, unite its employees, and define its brand. The delivered program included integrating and leveraging different perspectives from each part of the business. Executive nSight helped the executive team to create a stronger foundation which balanced a results focus (getting things done) with attention to relationships and values (how to get things done.)

Outcome:
As a result of Executive nSight’s expertise and direction, the executive team successfully refocused with enhanced accountability, increased trust, clear direction, stronger channels of internal and external communication, and most importantly, improved bottom line results.
